How to Actually Break Your Bad Habits
For a long time, one of my worst habits was drinking energy drinks. I’d drink two or three a day and I hated the fact that I did it, but I couldn’t stay disciplined enough to quit. I kept doing it for years.
Finally, I got fed up enough with the consequences to finally give the habit up once and for all.
